Hadlee was in charge of snacks for preschool and she brought "Bunny Tails" She was so excited to share her treats with her friends at school.
After Easter we decided to run up the road and throw our Easter eggs down the mountain, we don't eat them anyway so it was a good activity to get rid of them. The girls thought it was great, they would climb down and find the ones that didn't break and throw them again till they were broken. It seems like you never have enough to color or throw, I guess we will plan more for next year.
This is what happens when you try to get a picture before church as we are hurrying out the door, didn't turn out very good, but my girls are still cute!
Coloring eggs
There never seems to be enough to go around, but the girls had a great time
I didn't get pictures, but instead of taking the girls to the city egg hunt we did a egg hunt in our backyard. I hid about 50 eggs with treats and $$, there were 9 eggs that had numbers in them that went with a prize. The girls thought it was great fun. I think it will be a new tradition since the city hunt is always freezing cold, early in the morning and a ton of people. The Easter bunny found us and left the girls each an outfit, treats, and a pink and purple basketball. They also got a shirt and their own hula hoops from grandpa and grandma Stewart.
